Particulars 14-01-1745 Was the final date of departure of the VREELAND; on 06-12-1744 the ship sailed out for the first time, it returned to Texel the same day however. The ship called at Torbay (24 till 29-01-1745) and at Plymouth (05 till 26-02-1745). It did not call at the Cape but at False Bay; the two passengers who embarked there included one slave. The VREELAND was laid up at Batavia on 10-11-1750.
