Particulars The passenger was a slave. One day after the departure from Rammekens the NOORD-BEVELAND returned; on 14-10 it finally set out. From 04 till 19-02-1759 the ship was at Robben Island, where one seafarer and 4 soldiers died. Before it arrived at Batavia 24 soldiers were taken over by the LEIDEN, which since January 1759 was on service in the inter- Asiatic trade (see 3730).
